Before You Order
Not sure about sizing? We provide detailed size charts for every product category. Our team is also available on WhatsApp for personalised sizing guidance simply share your measurements and we will recommend the right fit. For custom sizing requests, please contact us at least 10-15 days before your required date.

After You Order
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your order summary and expected dispatch date. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. If you have any concerns mid-delivery, write to us immediately and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

TNF has a strong heritage in wholesale supply. If you are a retailer, distributor, or agent interested in stocking TNF products, please write to our trade desk. We offer competitive pricing, minimum order flexibility, and seasonal catalogues to help you plan your inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website by adding items to cart and checking out, by messaging us on WhatsApp with the product name and your size, or by sending a DM on Instagram. We will confirm availability and share payment details.
Do you offer customisation or stitching?
Yes, selected products are available in custom sizes. We stitch to your measurements for an additional charge and require a minimum of 10-15 working days. Please reach out to us before placing a customisation order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT / IMPS bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select pin codes. For wholesale orders, we work on advance payment or agreed credit terms.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; you may apply for a return as per our Return Policy.
I received a damaged or wrong item what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. We are working on international shipping for the near future. If you are based outside India and wish to order, please contact us to explore options.
