Shipping Policy

We dispatch with care, so your garment arrives as beautiful as it left us.

1. Delivery Overview

*Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Eid, wedding season), please allow an additional 2–3 days.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,499. For orders below this value, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹49, available on select pin codes only.

3. Festive Season Advisory

During Diwali, Eid, Holi, and wedding seasons (October–February), demand is high. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 20–25 days before your event date to ensure timely delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your courier name, tracking number, and a direct tracking link. You can also track your order on our website under "Track Order" or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national courier partners including Skyking, Trackon, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure reliable pan-India coverage, including in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

6. Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, contact us and we will escalate the matter with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are correct at the time of ordering. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.

Lost in Transit

In the rare event of a parcel being lost in transit, TNF will file a claim with the courier and either re-dispatch the order or issue a full refund once the claim is verified.
