TNF – Touch 'N' Feel is an Indian menswear brand engaged in the manufacture and wholesale/retail of ethnic and indo-western menswear. We are based in India and all transactions are subject to Indian law.

To place an order with TNF, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

All prices on our website and catalogues are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to fabric lot variations, photography lighting, and screen calibration. Such minor variation does not constitute a defect.

An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from TNF (via WhatsApp, email, or website). TNF reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such events, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payments must be completed in full before dispatch, unless a COD arrangement has been agreed. TNF is not responsible for delays caused by payment failures or discrepancies.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to courier issues, weather, natural disasters, or public holidays are outside TNF's control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. By purchasing from us, you agree to the return eligibility criteria and process outlined therein.

All content on the TNF website and social media channelsincluding product photographs, brand name, logo, designs, and catalogue contentis the intellectual property of TNF. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any TNF content without written permission is prohibited.

TNF's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
