At TNF, we take great care in the quality of every garment we dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • Request is raised within 3 days of delivery (10 days for exchanges)
  • Clear photographs of the item and any defect are shared with our team
  • The item was purchased directly from TNF (not from a third-party retailer)
How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request
  1. Contact Us Within the Window WhatsApp us at +91 9266409916 or email care@tnftouchnfeel.com within 3 days of delivery (5 days for exchange). Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Share Photographs Send clear photos of the item, the defect (if any), and the original packaging. This helps us process your request faster.
  3. Receive Confirmation Our team will review and confirm your return/exchange request within 24–48 working hours.
  4. Pack & Dispatch Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address or ask you to ship it to our address, depending on your location.
  5. Refund or Exchange Processed Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days, or your exchange item will be dispatched.
Refund Details

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. The credit typically reflects in your account within 3–5 additional business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer, or the card used. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). We may offer store credit as an alternative at your preference.

Shipping Charges
In cases of defective or wrong items, TNF bears the full cost of return shipping. In cases of size exchanges (where the product is not defective), the customer bears the cost of return shipping; TNF will ship the replacement to you free of charge.
